Firestone Complete Auto Care

My tire had picked up a screw on a Friday evening. They closed at 7 but took me right in. The nicest staff. Afterwards there had been a small leak in the same tire. Without hesitation took me right in and replaced with a bigger plug. They thanked me for bringing back and explained though rare it can happen. Wonderful customer service backing and warranting their work. The hours, kind staff, large waiting area, clean restrooms and definitely handicap accessible is a plus. Will definitely return when need calls. Thanks for great service!

Stephanie and Angel are so kind and welcoming. I can tell everyone works together very well and is like a family towards each other. They listened and took care of me the whole time I was here. Thankyou firestone and thankyou to those who work in the garage they are all very professional and respectful.

I came in for an alignment, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly! I enjoy seeing how the management listens to the people to make their business more accommodating! This is the best firestone in Asheville!

I cannot say enough good things about Firestone, and especially this location. I was traveling on business, headed home after two days of meetings, when I got a flat tire. I had planned to replace my tires prior to the trip, but was unable to get an appointment at my local Firestone, and I thought the old ones had one last trip in them. They got me there, and almost halfway home. After switching to my spare and getting back on the road I immediately called the closest firestone, about 13 miles away. They looked up the tires I had bought before, and didn't have four in stock, but he found them at other locations and had them on the way before I even arrived. I got there at 1:52pm, and was back on the road at 3:55pm with four new tires and a complete alignment. They made the two hour wait as pleasant as possible, with comfortable chairs and place to plug in my laptop. They worked to find me the best discounts available as well, and helped turn a bad day much better. I really appreciate how everyone went the extra mile to help me, and to get me back on the road home as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this Firestone - Great People, Great Service, and Great Prices. TH

Very friendly employees. They replaced my tire and explained everything to me. I added other things, oil change, inspection, and alignment. They completed all of it within a reasonable amou too time. There is one other thing I need to take care of and I decided to hold off on. But, I will call and make an appointment to take care of that. The young lady that completed my payment was also friendly. I will definitely take my car there again.
